2:30 PM : ESC 2023 officially starts
As we open the doors, delegations are invited to come to the table with their flag to receive their welcome gift from the European School in Strasbourg, from members of the Organisation Committee.
3:00 PM : Welcome speeches

3:30 PM : Musical interlude
Júlia Rodrigues, from Escola Básica e Secundária Quinta das Flores (Pt) will honour us with a musical moment on the piano.
3:30 PM : Program presentation
A quick overview of the entire conference for the following days.
4:00 PM : Musical Interlude
Alessandra Russo, from IIS "A. Moro" di Margherita Di Savoia (It) will offer us an insight into her singing skills.
4:15 PM : Break
Participant can take a break in the secondary playground where they can chill, play table tennis and table football.
5:30 PM : Conference and debate
Presentation of Arte's policy concerning the social networks by Alexander Knetig. The debate will be moderated by Rodrigo Capitão, President.
6:45 PM : Dinner
Inaugural buffet of the European Student Council 2023 with the participation of the European School of Strasbourg's families who will come and pick up the students they host.
8:30 AM : Departure from the European School to the European Parliament
All the delegations are meeting at the European School from 8:00 to 8:30 and leave to the European Parliament. If a delegation want to join directly to the Parliament, please wait for the rest of the group.
8:45 AM : Security check at the Parliament
The personal badge delivered the day before with the goodies is mandatory to enter the Parliament for every participant. Please do not forget your Identity Card or Passport.
The carrying of dangerous objects is prohibited in Parliament. A correct attitude is required.
All participants are not allowed to leave the ESC area of the building.
Teachers are responsible for the students in their delegation and the presence of at least one teacher per delegation is mandatory.
9:00 AM : Breakfast
Breakfast offered at the Parliament.
During the breakfast time, the members of the organisation committee will prepare the rooms for the workshops: They will place a laptop in each room and prepare the slide shows to be presented.

The participant leave the Parliament and go to the European School.
5:30 PM : Discussion and debate
The association Les Jeunes Européens - Strasbourg will present different ways and possibilities of commitment for European Union through mobilities. The discussion will be moderated by two persons of the association and Myrto Dimakopoulou, Vice-President
6:45 PM : Dinner

Short break before the debate.
11:00 AM : Debate about a topic connected with an European issue
The deputies will debate in plenary session on European issue. This debate will be interpreted live by students of the European School.
12:30 AM : Departure from the European Parliament
The participant leave the Parliament and go to the European School to take a lunch break at the Parc de l'Orangerie. But before we will take a group picture in the Hemicycle. Please note that in the Hemicycle, national flags are prohibited.
4:00 PM : Sightseeing tour on a fly boat
Students of the European Student Council will discover the history of Strasbourg along the water in a fly boat.
7:00 PM : Gala dinner
An Alsatian buffet will be offered at the European School. To take most beautiful photos, the participant are invited to suit up!
8:15 AM : Departure from the European School to the European Parliament
All the delegations are meeting at the European School from 8:00 to 8:150 and leave to the European Parliament. If a delegation want to join directly to the Parliament, please wait for the rest of the group.

The plenary session will condense the work of the European Student Council 2023.
It is an important moment of debate that brings together all the members of the Council to discuss the issues they have highlighted and faced this year high school students.
It is also a time for them to recognize an individual's commitment to the fight for freedom of expression and human rights through the Malala Prize.

Each deputy who want to make a proposition of amendment has 5 minutes max to present it. Any deputy of the ESC in favor of or against this amendment may speak for up to 2 minutes, under the supervision of the General Secretary, Alessandra Russo (It) . The President and Vice President may close the discussion at any time.
12:30 AM : Departure from the European Parliament
The plenary session is closed and the European Student Council is officially ended. Participant leave the Parliament and go to the European School to take a lunch break at the Parc de l'Orangerie.
Afternoon : free time in Strasbourg
The participant can enjoy Strasbourg in small groups, before coming back at the European School at 6:30 PM for the closing party.
